This goal of this project is to specify and design systems to improve road safety through rapid, secured communication between vehicles, infrastructures and vulnerable users.

Project description
The technical and/or technological obstacles to overcome concern the definition of the communications equipment for vehicles and vulnerable users, based on passive or active devices using wireless mobile networks and on-board ITS equipment.
In particular, we will focus on the communication technologies and standards recommended by ISO, CEN and ETSI, which now need instantiating.
As such, our ITE was keen to equip itself with a G5/4G test and study platform along our test tracks at Satory.
